For volumes prior to 2005, the Abstract Book and CD are sold separately. The hard copy abstract volumes are $65.00 USD each (includes shipping) and the CDs are $40 USD each (includes shipping). Please allow 2–3 weeks for delivery.
For volumes starting in 2005, the Abstract Book and CD are sold together for $100 USD (includes shipping). Please note the book volume contains abstracts from the oral presenters only, and the CD contains abstracts from both the oral presenters and the poster presenters.
