- For volumes prior to 2006, the Abstract Book and CD are sold separately. The hard copy abstract volumes are $65.00 USD each (includes shipping) and the CDs are $40 USD each (includes shipping)
- For the 2006 and 2007 volumes, the Abstract Book and CD are sold together for $100 USD (includes shipping)
- The 2008 Abstract Book and CD are also sold together for $25.00 USD (includes shipping)
Please note that all book volumes contains abstracts from the oral presenters only, and the CD contains abstracts from both the oral presenters and the poster presenters. Please allow 2–3 weeks for delivery.
