Use the Presenter Checklist to ensure that you complete all necessary requirements.

NOTE: All Presenters and Session Chairs are required to pre-register for the Seminar. Discounted rates are available.

Author Notifications sent:	July 2, 2010
Submission deadline for final extended abstract:	August 6, 2010
Deadline for advance electronic submission of your presentation powerpoint slides:	August 27, 2010
Advance registration deadline:	September 15, 2010
Final Program Posted on Website:	September 24, 2010
Housing Deadline:	September 24, 2010

Oral Presentation Sessions

All Oral Session are all located within the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center. Please check the Meeting Program for specific rooms.

This year's Seminar will feature five tracks of technical sessions:

• (HRD) High Temperature Research and Development, and Fuel Processing
• (LRD) Low Temperature Research and Development
• (DEM) Demonstrations/End User Perspectives
• (COM) Pathways to Commercialization
• (GHT) Global Overviews, Hydrogen Research and Development, and Fuel Cell Testing and Modeling

There are multiple oral session blocks in a given day. Some session blocks may include two sessions from the same track.

Paper Numbers can also help you determine the time of your presentation:

An example of a paper listing is shown below. The Paper below is scheduled on Tuesday, October 19^th in the Global Overviews Track. The second afternoon session begins at 4:00pm. This is the third paper in the session. Presentation time is 30 minutes, so this paper presentation would begin at 5:00pm. Underline represents the presenting author.

Cancellation or Change
If you are unable to attend the Fuel Cell Seminar, or if there is a change in the presenting author, please notify FCS in writing at fuelcellseminar@schydrogen.org.  Please be sure to reference your paper number and the original abstract number for any withdrawals.
