Partner & Affiliate Meetings

Plan ahead early to host a meeting in-conjunction-with the 2013 Fuel Cell Seminar & Energy Exposition in Columbus, Ohio!

How to Apply

If you are interested in holding a meeting at the 2013 Fuel Cell Seminar & Energy Exposition, please complete an ICW Meeting application and send to FCS&EE Headquarters at (Email) fuelcellseminar@schydrogen.org and include "ICW" in the subject line or (Fax) 803-545-0190.

Guidelines

To host a meeting, you must apply and meet the following guidelines:

  1. Meetings with more than 15 attendees may not occur at the same time as any Hydrogen & Fuel Cell Presentation Tracks.
  2. Unless otherwise authorized, you may not re-arrange the meeting room while onsite.
  3. As the organization contact, you will be responsible for arranging all food/beverage and audiovisual needs for your meeting.  Contact information and further details will be included in your Meeting Room confirmation email sent once payment is received by the FCS&EE.
  4. Room rental payment must be received prior to room assignment. Rooms will not be assigned until full payment has been received by the FCS&EE.
