Exhibitor Service Kit
The Exhibitor Service Kit contains order forms; rental costs of
booth furniture, additional draping, accessories, special work
(such as electrical services, floral decorating, and audio-visual
equipment rental); labor regulations; and payment terms. Services
are supplied by Freeman. In addition, information concerning
shipping is included in the Kit.
The Exhibitor Services Kit will be available soon.
Exhibitor Registration and Hotel Information
Exhibitor Registration is now open. Exhibitor Registration and
login information will be emailed to you once we have received a
deposit payment for your booth space.
If you already have your login information, you can register your staff here.
Housing for all exhibitors and registrants opened the first week
of August. You may click on the housing section of the website
for more information.
Hydrogen Demonstration Information
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT HYDROGEN
DEMONSTRATIONS
Any exhibiting company planning to use hydrogen (or any other
potentially flammable substance) in the 2010 Fuel Cell Seminar
& Exposition Exhibit Hall should e-mail the following
information to fuelcellseminar@schydrogen.org
by August 15, 2010.
- Amount of hydrogen being used
- How the hydrogen will be used
- How the hydrogen will be stored
- Dates hydrogen will be onsite in the Exhibit Hall
- Contact name and phone number for onsite representative
responsible for hydrogen canisters
Upon receipt of the above information, your submission will be
reviewed by the Fire Marshal to ensure that your use of hydrogen at
the show is authorized and adheres to the Convention Center safety
regulations. An e-mail confirmation of approval will be sent out to
all necessary parties.
